I purchased a Coaching Program, how do I access the webinars for free?

If you are logged in to your account, and you navigate to the webinars page, you can register for any webinar at no cost.

Return to the specific webinar page to join or follow the emailed instructions.

I purchased a Coaching Program, how do I access the digital courses for free?

If you are logged in to your account, and you navigate to the courses page, click ADD TO CART and once in your cart the course will become free. You can then checkout at no charge.

After you have finished checkout for the course, you can return to that specific course page, click the Curriculum tab and you can then access the course lessons.

I purchased a Personal Coaching Program, when will I be contacted?

Your coach will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to orient you to the process. Thank you so much and we truly want to help you succeed any way we can.

I purchased a Hormone Test Kit, when will I get my results?

After you have finished sending the completed kit off to the lab, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to get your results.

Once your results come in we will call you directly to go over them and also email them to you.

If you have not heard from us and it's been longer than 3 weeks, or if you just want to check the test result status anytime, please feel free to call us directly 949-720-1554.

I purchased Supplements but I want to return them. How do I do that?

I purchased a Digital Course but I do not know how to access it, can you help me?

If you are logged in to the account you made the purchase on, simply navigate back to that digital course page and click the curriculum tab. 

The lessons which were locked there before can now be accessed by clicking on them directly.

I purchased a Webinar but I was not able to attend, can I get a refund?

We will check your account and if you were unable to attend we will be glad to refund your purchase. Alternatively we can give you a recording though it is nice to attend live and to be able to ask questions. Whatever you prefer.
